The loan application process wasn't stressful at all. The loan officer understood what price range I needed to be at. But at Clayton in Dublin I went in and told Matt what I had been through with 21st he said your adventure with us is not going to be like them. I told him what I was looking for he said leave it too him, and he got me what I vision. The Process was awesome and my experience was like NO Other.
My experience with them was really great. They kept me informed and updated the whole time. Letting me know everything that was happening and what I needed to do. They were very professional and nice.

The entire process was great! Each advisor was so friendly and professional, and made the loan process seamless. My questions were answered they took time to explain what wasn't understood.
Great! I was just wanting to let you know that 2 wks. ago that Clayton Homes in Waynesville contacted me and told me that my home was in for me to come and look it over, I did and it was the wrong floor plan, starter it was supposed to be2 bedroom /2 bath , it was a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath,so now I am still waiting . They told me that they put a rush on it to get the right floor plan. I was just letting you know what was going on. They did admit it that it was their mistake.
It’s hard to really judge because Covid played such a big factor in everything. We were six months going to settlement because of the IRS. We waited months for the tax transcripts to be posted. Which wasn’t Vanderbilts fault it just made it difficult for us as the homebuyers. But the people we have dealt with through Vanderbilt has been very very good Misty Morton and Desiree both did an outstanding job
Very easy company to work with and very responsive to calls and emails.
It was simple and easy. You were patient and explained everything. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
