Great! I was just wanting to let you know that 2 wks. ago that Clayton Homes in Waynesville contacted me and told me that my home was in for me to come and look it over, I did and it was the wrong floor plan, starter it was supposed to be2 bedroom /2 bath , it was a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath,so now I am still waiting . They told me that they put a rush on it to get the right floor plan. I was just letting you know what was going on. They did admit it that it was their mistake.

It’s hard to really judge because Covid played such a big factor in everything. We were six months going to settlement because of the IRS. We waited months for the tax transcripts to be posted. Which wasn’t Vanderbilts fault it just made it difficult for us as the homebuyers. But the people we have dealt with through Vanderbilt has been very very good Misty Morton and Desiree both did an outstanding job
