The communication wasn't the best with some of the associates. The response time was ok at best with some of your associates and others we never got a response back from. It was difficult at times to know who we were supposed to be touch in with due to having so many people involved. The associates we had conversations with were great and very helpful.
It was a wonderful experience. You were very helpful and you guided me through the whole thing I could not have done it without you .Thanks
Things did not always go well but when a hiccup no matter how small it was it was always taking care of fast and correctly the first time that is the mark of good customer relationship.
