Amazing communication
All of the people involved was very nice and always willing to answer questions whenever we needed. Whatever was needed from us they always gave us time to get it for them and helped us make sure it was the right thing.
Long story short, Vanderbilt helped us out tremendously, there was very little that we had to gather up. Previously we went through another mortgage company and they were so difficult to deal with we backed out. Vanderbilt was so helpful and called us on multiple occasions to update us on what was going on and how things were. Great company!
