Very easy and pleasant experience. I wish manufactured homes had interest rates closer to stick-built homes but you made it easier to accept with great customer service and fast response times.
Our experience was exceptional greatly appreciate. Vanderbilt and the Clayton team was awesome with the purchase and closing of our new home. I would recommend them highly. We put basically everything in our loan from land purchase, home, padding and septic.
