I just LOVE the new option on the website VMF.com. I can now make a one time monthly payment as I wish on time on my loan. I had Glenn who helped me today to update my information and provided wonderful support. Thank you Glenn for taking the time to help me, now my payments will be on time. No need to go to a store or struggle to make my monthly payments.

The customer service was A1 and the people were very patient and answered all of our questions.
Amanda and Rachel were amazing! They checked in and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm a nervous person, so they dealt with extra phone calls and questions throughout and were always ready either with an answer or with the willingness to try and find out. I'm a single mom with 3 kids and they really worked to make sure I was taken care of, when many wouldn't. Thank you!
