They did a good job at keeping me informed and contacting me if there was a problem.

Everyone was very nice and the process was fast.
Getting a hold of the right point of contact was too difficult. Trying to correct their mistakes over and over was frustrating after explaining several times what was incorrect in the documentation.
The staff at Vanderbilt was all very nice friendly and helpful, they seemed to stay on top off it, and god the loan done in a timely manner.
Bill was outstanding from beginning to end. He was essential in helping us in finding the previous owners because we did not have a title for the land. Never at any point did we feel under any kind of pressure to make a decision on the trailer. He and Hannah work together extremely well. If Hannah has any questions and we couldn't get a hold of her and bill was there to help. From kevin and I we want to say thank you to everyone for making this happen.
