Customer service was amazing Was very easy to get a loan as long as you provide all the proper paperwork that they requested. Agent made it easy for meeting for final paperwork and went thru everything step by step made it easy to understand and sign without hassle

Getting a hold of the right point of contact was too difficult. Trying to correct their mistakes over and over was frustrating after explaining several times what was incorrect in the documentation.

Bill was outstanding from beginning to end. He was essential in helping us in finding the previous owners because we did not have a title for the land. Never at any point did we feel under any kind of pressure to make a decision on the trailer. He and Hannah work together extremely well. If Hannah has any questions and we couldn't get a hold of her and bill was there to help. From kevin and I we want to say thank you to everyone for making this happen.
