Friendly, professional, knowledgeable service advisor and staff. They did a great job taking care of my 12 year old 2010 TSX with roughly 40,000 miles still running like new.

It took longer than expected but it was very professional.
Shawn, my service agent is phenomenal. It's like that commercial where I describe what's wrong in random sounds, and he actually understands and fixes it.
All service was completed and well done. Service Rep, Taylor Jones, is the best! Conscientious and caring.
I had routined maintenance done and waited at location for it to be done. Advisor, Taylor, explained what was done, and any additional recommendations well. Service was done quickly and efficiently. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Service was great and my advisor was pleasant to work with.
Signed paperwork and was given part of the paperwork. Dealership called that we had to go back in and resign? Why? This was not clarified. Two weeks, still no paperwork, no payoff on old car or trade off which caused me to make add'l payment on trade in. Just slow in dealing with them.
