Great Follow-up by Salesman Jeff Carter continues to contact us for follow-up information on our 2015 Accura RDX.. We live 65 miles from the dealership and he has been in regular contact and is willing to come to our home and answer our questions and help us with the tech package. Jeff has the right stuff for dealing with potential buyers. He has been patient with us with no sign of frustration. I will use Jeff again. I enjoyed working with Fred Jones in Finance also.
Great Job Ray I truly feel if you have the right sales person, from the start, that can make or break the experience of buying a car. The moment my husband and I walked up, I didn't feel pressured. Happy with car Jeff was terrific, patient, funny....a terrific salesman. He had our back, didn't give up, kept going back to his manager for our best interest. Would certainly go back to him for another car and would recommend him highly.
Honesty I have never met a car sales person more honest than Wade Bragg...he was very polite and easy to talk to and genuinely has the consumers best interest in mind. I HIGHLY recommend Vandergriff Acura and ask for Wade for your next car purchase....PS - I am not a family member or a friend...just a customer who thankfully was passed off to Wade when I arrived and am glad I was.
Quick, efficient buying experience at best price in DFW This was I think the 12th new vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, (which must mean I'm getting old) and it was easily the best buying experience out of any of them.
