Kevin has been my service advisor, just miss the s I go to Kevin in the service department so much but never get email for reviews on service. the last 4 times aleast he has helped me. I got new tires, he advises me on everythin best he think for my car. he cares and is trust worthy... so dissapointed I cant ever write a review. Review of Vandergriff Acura Lewis Bass was the person I worked with in purchasing my car. I found Lewis to be kind, considerate - not pushy. Although I could tell he was busy - mullti-tasking incredibly well, I felt he listened and gave me the time I needed in making my decision.
Excited about my very first Acura! My car buying experience was smooth and I received personalized service. My salesman Dan delivered my car to my home on a Tuesday night. He was most helpful during the buying process and spent time explaining all of the interior car functions when delivered. My first Acura and I'm very happy with my 2022 MDX with the black on black spec trim.
Good salesmanship. In October 2021, I bought a new 2022 Acura MDX, my sales rep was Gracie Bailey. Gracie was very thorough in helping me get the best deal for my trade in and working with sales Manager Wesley Kammer to help get me the deal possible for the 2022 Acura MDX. Vandergriff Acura is a very good dealership to deal, this was my 2nd Acura.
