Excellent experience The salesman McKenzie was very professional. I dealt with him for about a week, he always communicated with me on what was going on. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Big Mac went above and beyond to try and help me to get another car. Even though I wasn't able to, I really appreciate all of the effort. I recommended Vandergriff Acura to a couple of friends. Excellent customer service.
Ask for McKenzie!!! Went to vandergriff Acura to find my daughters 1st car. My salesperson Mckenzie was awesome. He was very attentive and listened to what my daughter wanted and was also concerned with what was going to be reliable and safe. Mckenzie also educated us on the car by an experience so that we would be a 100% satisfied with our purchase. It took a week for McKenzie to find exactly what my daughter wanted and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Mackenzie for being so awesome.

Our salesman Terry Allen did an amazing job of fighting for us and getting our payments exactly where we wanted them to be. Good experience as far as car sales go We reserved our car online and arrived at the dealership expecting more of the paperwork to be ready by the time we'd traveled from New Orleans to Arlington. We still had to wait for our very friendly and nice salesman to "talk with my superior" or "talk with the financial person". After 9 hours drive to get there it still took hours to get our new car.
