Excellent Service and Follow Up I purchased a used CPO RDX in July and it needed some follow up service. My sales person Gary Vogel has continued to stay in contact with me to ensure that everything was resolved and always took the time to call instead of just send an email. He even worked directly with service to get a loaner and help get appointments set up for me. Excellent service! I drove all they from Plano to Arlington to purchase a new Acura MDX. Tom Phan was my salesman. He worked with me and got a great deal. Everybody was friendly and easy to deal with at the dealership.
Honest and simple, nice prepared presentation no BS I drove 200 miles one way in the rain to buy a vehicle for my Daughter, negotiated over the phone and met us with a smile at the door and the vehicle was brought into the showroom floor out of the rain and presented as though it was new. Fast, kind, knowledgeable I am 20 years old and this was my first experience at a dealership buying my own car. Brandon and Terry were more helpful than I can express. They we’re extreemly knowledgeable about the type of car I wanted and were willing to help me figure out what I could afford verses what I wanted.
