Usually I have words of high praise. On this visit I experienced a disappointment. On a normal Saturday I'm in and out for an oil change. I waited 2 hours. Then it came to light that only a ticket for the oil change was written up. A second ticket should have been written for the replacement of the rear windshield blade. 2 hours and 20 mins later the service was complete. Service on your vehicle is expensive and it would be nice if something more than an apology was offered.

OKAY service. I went in for an oil change early on a Saturday morning and left my truck there. They kept it for about 3 hours and called me when the service was completed. My complaint with the service (and this has happened more than once) is that they don't reset the trucks oil guage: the one that informs you of the life cycle of the new oil. Frustrating to be driving around a week later and the sensor comes on saying you have 20% life on the oil, when you just had it changed.
