They should do better - always have to stand there at my vehicle and wait for at least 10 minutes before someone will even acknowledge me no matter how many service consultants walk right past or look directly at you - they still don't address you. I've been using them off and on for years and I don't think it's going to change. What they need to do is take some training from other dealerships like Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson. I go to Vandergriff because it's close to where I live.
