I came in due to a tire loosing air. I had previously asked the dealership to check the tire when I brought it in to have oil changed and tires rotated and assumed they had done so. For 2 months I was having to put air in the tire weekly until I could get back to the shop. The tire was repairable and done in a reasonable amount of time.

Setting up the appt on line was easy. When I arrived, Lizette made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, told me the estimated wait time and basically handled everything! Great experience!
