Madi Green was so helpful and influential in my decision to purchase my 2022 Equinox. She was there every step of the way keeping me in the loop to the progress made. The financial team was clear and concise taking me through the paperwork. Vandergriff is also my continued care for all my service needs.
Madi in Sales and Austin in financing are what kept us at the dealership to seal the deal. If it weren't for those 2, we would have likely walked. The sales managers could use some soft skills training but I'd recommend working with Madi and Austin again.
