I brought my stepson and daughter in law to co sign for them on a certified pre owned vehicle. I had made an appointment with Madi Green and she was fabulous. Very good knowledge about the 3 vehicles we were interested in and provided us with outstanding and friendly service. Bought a new car & it was a wonderful experience. I knew what I wanted & Product Specialist Alicia Esquivel listened to me & showed me what inventory was in stock. She sat in the vehicle with me, answered my questions, test drove the vehicle, etc., & followed up with me after the sale. All paperwork was handled by Finance Director Austin Bryan. Both were very pleasant & professional, no nonsense, made buying easy.
The Service Consultant, Jonathan Burton, was very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient. He met me at my car the moment I arrived, kept me informed of the status of the service on my vehicle, and returned my car to me when expected.
Customer service is always excellent and very professional. Getting my vehicle serviced and repaired was a seamless and easy process
