Vianey vand Dusty went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. She stayed in constant contact with me through out the whole process. They kept me in the loop of when the parts were arriving as well and when I say "they" I mean if one was on their day off, the other called me. Perfect team work. Vandgergriff should be proud of having them represent the dealership and they both are EXACTLY what every customer should expect from a service department. They should train others in the GM family on how to treat customers.
