Damian, my Service Manager, greeted us promptly with a smile and by name - Vandergriff has always done this. I had my 2016 Corvette had State inspection completed and had complete maintenance inspection completed as it had set 9 months. Great work! Thanks!

very good service here. They accepted the appointment I made online. They arranged for me to get a ride back home while the car was being serviced. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and provided me with a ride back to the dealership. the cost was reasonable and laid out in a detailed receipt.

I was greeted with courtesy and a smile. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and Charlie Lewis fixed me right up. He extended his courtesy and helped me with a small dent that I received in a parking lot down the street. He called his PDR people and they took out the dent at no charge. I'm very appreciative of Charlie and the manager I spoke with. This customer service goes a long way with me. Service was fine. But I was told I need over $1500 worth of other things done to my car when I went in just for an oil change. Two of the items were done the last time I took my car in. Stop trying to upsell me on things that I really do not need.
