Service was great and in a timely manner. Considering I did not have an appointment. And my Service representative keep me informed every step of the way.

Quick service they did say my battery needed cleaning and gave it a failed report but the battery was spotless no corrosion no dust good charge cables good. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars stop trying to unnecessarily upcharge or suggest things that don't need to be suggested or upcharged.

HAD AN APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND HALF. WAS OVER 2 1/2 HOURS. THEY DID NOT RESET THE HISTORY ON THE TRUCK OR UPDATE THAT THEY ROTATED THE TIRES. PLUS THE COST OF AN OIL CHANGE IS OUTRAGEOUS.
