Gavin kept me informed throughout the entire process. He is very responsive and professional and is obviously a huge asset to Vandergriff. You guys need to take care of him for sure. As for the repairs, the truck has performed flawlessly ever since I picked it up. Hats off to Gavin and the techs that serviced my vehicle.

They got it fixed on time. Didn't like the fact that the warranty wouldn't cover it but that wasn't their fault.

Great job on a/c unit issue - 10-year old compressor used in Texas summer heat driving mostly in freeway traffic and stop-on-go traffic part replaced. Happy with cost and repair time!
