They got my truck in and completed all the work including the recall in a timely manner. Krystal, my service advisor kept me informed all the way. They are very friendly and professional.

The service was ok, but I just went for and oil change, and a transmission fluid change. Then I was told that I needed a new battery which would have been fine, but I said I just had my battery replaced two years ago. Then Charlie then told me that I needed new cables that caused resistance which would cause my battery to wear down which I never heard such a thing, and was told that it would cost me 1100.00 dollars which is ludicrous, and put a sour taste in my mouth. I felt like I was taking advantage of.
