I sat in my vehicle and waited once I arrived. 4 employees walked pass my vehicle with me sitting in it waiting and never acknowledged that I was there. Finally a African American male worker walked over and asked me if I had been helped. I told him no and he went got thr manager who called for someone. Other than this, it was a good experience.

Ever since I made my first purchase at Vandergriff, I have ALWAYS had my services done there. Charlie Lewis is my Service Tech and has always done a very good job getting things done quickly! Charlie always keeps me informed on what is happening with my vehicle. I would recommend the Services at Vandergriff Chevrolet every time!

Very responsive to the online inquiry (some dealerships are not) and the place is actually very impressive. Well lit, clean and inviting. Many corporate awards on display. The Sales Associate ( Roman Smith ) is super helpful and no pressure. His sales mgr Jesus seems very genuine and helped us reach a deal. (I am quite aggressive on these things). I did pay cash, but still have to deal with the finance department (cant remember the guys name.. been there like 25 years or something) and the process was fast and efficient. Gre... read more

Overall great experience! I took my daughter to get a car and we went through the different vehicles she liked, we took our time and walked away with a car she loves at a price that was better than expected. I recommend Vandergriff Chevrolet to anyone who's in the market and I'm sure I will be back in the future.
