Our service consultant, Cody Kwiatkowski, was outstanding. He was very professional, kept his cool even when we got a bit disgruntled, got the job done, and delivered on-time. Our only complaint (and the reason for the disgruntlement) was that we were told the key fob replacement depended on whether of not they could get one in that day. When I protested that we had made the appointment several days ago, I was informed that parts are not ordered until the customer actually brings the vehicle in.
