Service Advisor Billy was great. Provided up-date on progress. Only suggestion is, although service center is not a detail shop and not saying to clean whole car, a little curtesy of vacuuming the front floorboard would be nice prior to releasing the car.

Enjoyable visit and service! Was very friendly greeting by Service Rep checked me in and directed me to the very comfortable waiting area.
