I have been he a lot have all my cars serviced and repaired he was needing to have my 2015 2500hd diesel looked at was told they wouldnt have a loan vehicle until March. Now how would you schedule loaners until March seems strange. Wife called and was told by service department manager he could get a loaner in a week and would call us back never happened finally just took truck in after a week of no response.
