Horrible experience.. Told me one price then I got there it was another raised price. Had been contacting with them about a certain vehicle all day then they "sold it" right before I get there.. Wasn't communicated it had been sold at all then tried to bait me into a more expensive car. Crooks!
Horrible experience. Arrived at the dealer with sales person Paris Robinson who I repeated a million times NOT TO RUN MY CREDIT, and still went ahead to run it to pressure me to "hold the vehicle for me" when I said I was not ready. it was 72,900 online got there and tried to charge me almost 8000 dollars more with dealer addendums for not financing in-house. Just got done leaving the dealership, I drove 3 hours there and now I’m having to drive 3 hours back with nothing. They had the vehicle I wanted posted on their site and on car gurus for a certain price and when I got there and was ready to buy they said they had to add an extra $2500-2700 for a reconditioning fee that they never mentioned on their site or anywhere until I got there. Nate was cool tho and very helpful. Other than that the dealership lied about their price.
The car was not as represented on CarGurus. The car was represented as having few or no miles, but it was in fact a dealer loaner vehicle which was not available at the time and would not be available for months and would have a few thousand miles when it would be available. T his is not an honest up front business.
terrible service , i went to looks at a vehicle , receptionist called to confirm got there to test drive vehicle and it was sold for 9,000 cash priced at 14,989
I called at 5:08 pm to inquire about a vehicle, they said the car was available and so I made an appointment to look at the vehicle the next day. As my husband and I were talking he came across a question and called back at 5:35pm but the car was sold...in a matter of minutes...we still didn’t get an answer to our question either.
I spoke to Manny. We spoke for two days straight about a specific 2021 Truck I had in mind. He said he have the truck ready for me when I showed up. I showed up & the truck was gone. I wasted my gas & time here. Next time give a call to your future customer that you sold the truck instead of wasting my time looking at trucks I wasn’t interested in.
Very unethical sales tactics to advertise vehicle that doesn't exist obtain your information and called daily that becomes very annoying to see if I'm still looking for a vehicle I've answer two or three calls saying no I'm not and still they continue to call very annoying
I made an appointment to test drive; arrived to find out they sold the vehicle earlier in the day.
