You won't get this price going in to dealer. Surprise! It's actually $2k more due to a "addendum". Be ready to sit at the dealership for hours arguing just to try and get the price that they themselves are advertising. They're ready and willing to throw cargurus under the bus and raise they're hands up as if they're have no recourse for anything "cargurus" lists. It's a Bait and switch, the ethics of which I'm not a fan.
Horrible service. They will lower the price 2-3,000 dollars less online to get you in the door then jack it up 5,000 at the negotiation table. I would not recommend wasting your time at this dealership.
Took them two days to call me back just to tell me something was wrong with the vehicle but they didn’t now what it was or how long it would take to fix it. Yet the price is still high.
Constantly inviting me to visit but forgot to mention that they sold the truck 3 days prior to my visit
They contacted me and scheduled my visit but waiting till I got there to tell me the truck I wanted had been sold 2 days prior
I was given an appointment to test drive the vehicle 24 hrs in advance. Drove 135 miles to Arlington and test drove the truck, but when we were getting ready to purchase the vehicle, we were told that it was sold the prior Wednesday - 6 days before I was given an appointment! I wrote the General Manager and the sales rep, but neither bothered to write me back. The ONLY positive experience was the young man who assisted us with the test drive. Vandergriff Chevrolet completely dropped the ball on my experience. My salesman stopped all communication. One of the managers never responded. I spoke to a different manager and she never responded. Her manager of a different department contacted me. He never responded. I would not recommend Vandergriff Chevrolet to anyone unless you want to talk to four different people while being ignored throughout the process.
Worse dealership iv been too dealership contact me that i waas approve for a truck told me to go and sign on the deal i drove 500 miles when I got there they totally changed everything they spiked the price 2,500 more and the monthly payments 160 dollars more months payments were 497 a month 60 months. When I got the paper work they changed 667 a month for 72 months crazy people trying to RIP off people don't recommend any one too this dealership 0 star's
Do not trust these guys. Bill Valk the sales guy seemed nice but in the end just another untrust worthy sales man. They raised the price of the car from. 6999 to 9600. With false claims of adding window tint and put new tires on the car. The car needs tires and the windows were dirty inside and out. He they said you cant trust CarGurus listings. After we talked last night the price on cargurus changed from 6999 to 7382 more deception.
