5 Star : My Experience While my service advisor was very professional and I'm pleased with the job, I was very frustrated with other things. For instance 3 says in a row calling between 2 and 4 pm no one picks up the phone. Trying numerous times each day and letting it ring for at least 5 minutes each time with no answer.
