The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently and the staff was very nice, however, given that the "fix" was tightening and twisting some clamps, I feel that should have been done at the time of the initial repair. 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean

He went above and beyond, when he did not have to, to make sure that this process went as smooth as possible for me. I can only say that you are lucky to have such a kind, caring individual to work at your company. He truly cares about the customers and their well-being.
