0 Star : My Experience I replied to an email but was not answered. So I left a voice message to the same person but was not answered. Turns out the person took off time for holidays. I totally approve of that. However, from a customer service perspective, it would have made sense to place a âout of office, will return on this dateâ message on both email and voicemail. The car itself was beautifully repaired!

I appreciate the rental as going the extra mile but I still felt this was not professional on Vandergriff's part. I contacted my service rep, who after saying he had not quoted that part of the repair, stated that he would look into his fix it. First of all, it was his job to quote everything it took to replace the mirror.
