0 Star : My Experience There was confusion as there was another Pamela Johnson having her car repaired at the same time. I received phone calls from Austin regarding "my car" but it was hers. I requested a return call 2x and did not receive one. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was a new scratch that had to be fixed. I appreciate your efforts.

My vehicles is yet not fully repaired after over a month. Lack of communication with the shop now that vehicle was returned because of undone things . 2 Star : Customer Service Good when the repaired started. But after I had to take the vehicle back because things weren’t repaired the communication and service dropped poorly.
