I was told to bring my car in for an appointment and nobody even touched my car for 3 days after I brought it in. The car should not have been scheduled for an appointment until the parts were ordered and I was next in line to start repair. The car was drivable until the parts arrived. After drop off they told us that this is not the case as their person is going on vacation so my car sat there unnecessarily for that week.
