0 Star : My Experience I was looking forward to receiving my car. However, once receiving the car I was greatly disappointed on the outcome. The car was very dirty. Glass still all over the rear seat underneath. Tools were left in the trunk and my seat belts were stained. My dash was scratched. Overall I was disappointed

Parts that needed to be replaced were not. I was told my sunroof was not removed. Driving through the car wash a week later. Water, drinched my seats and kids from the water that came through the sunroof while going through the carwash. Very disappointed with the service. 4 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience I was made aware that my vehicle was ready by Enterprise telling me that the insurance company informed them that I was responsible for 3 days of payment. I had to deal with the insurance company to extend my loaner vehicle that cost me 45 minutes. I get a text on Thursday saying my car was ready for pickup, when all the above information occurred on the prior Monday.
