0 Star : My Experience I was made aware that my vehicle was ready by Enterprise telling me that the insurance company informed them that I was responsible for 3 days of payment. I had to deal with the insurance company to extend my loaner vehicle that cost me 45 minutes. I get a text on Thursday saying my car was ready for pickup, when all the above information occurred on the prior Monday. 0 Star : My Experience Thank you. The repair took way too long. It was in the shop at least a week before repairs or disassembly started. Thus the insurance company incurred rental costs which results in higher premiums.
