I finally called and left a message and my call was not returned until the following day. 0 Star : My Experience When I dropped my vehicle off I was promised updates during the whole process. I elected to have text message updates as well. The only time I ever got any kind of update was when I called and asked for information because I had no idea where the process was. After 3 weeks of my car being at the collision center I received an email that the text updates were not working and I would be receiving email updates which I never received after that.
