I loved the service advisor at Vandergriff. He was amazing. He kept me updated. He did everything possible to make it a great experience. The dealership even expedited the warranty service on my fuel injectors. The recall service on the FARKA cable actually made the issue WORSE with my infotainment system. I hate to write this because I enjoyed the service advisor so much, but I would not do business with Vandergriff Honda. I will drive further for Honda service from now on.

They just want to sell as much service as possible. There is a safety recall on this car and the person don't even mentioned or fix the recall issue.
