I have to give 5 Stars because KC is my go to gal. She works hard and oversees everything!!!! Unfortunately my problem did not show up at dealer, so I hope it is gone. It was kept a few days! I did, however, have a nice car to drive and I appreciate that. In the future, I would appreciate a call earlier in the day, when ready for pick-up. The mansfield/Midlothian trip is brutal around 5 p.m. and later.

I don't like the long wait with an appointed was there 3 hours. Every one is friendly and very attentive
