Excellent experience! My brake and check engine light came on and I called and let my service rep (Guy) know I was on the way. When I arrived, he came out, got all of the pertinent information and let me know he had already arranged for me to get a loaner. I did the necessary paperwork for the loaner and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. In the past, I dreaded taking my car to the dealer for maintenance and repairs - but not anymore. He told me how long it would take for my car to be taken care of in details, plus told me what other fixes I need to take care of. When I told him that I would worry about them at another time, he didn't push it and just gave me a single reminder about them.
