Even though my car was there for 5 days, I like the fact that Samantha called and gave me updates on my car, and reassured me, that Honda didn't forget. The offering of ride home was comforting, and nice. Thank you.

I was greeted by a very nice service technician. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was be serviced professionally. I spoke with him before speaking to my service associate - Van. Van was good too.

Interaction was fine (slow, but fine). They told me the vehicle was sold. Over a week later and it still shows on the search sites as "in stock".
Always great experience, my service tech Hung Ho was amazing. He kept me up to date of the status of my car, and constantly asked if I needed anything. AWESOME!
