My advisor Chis was beyond Excellent he deserves a million stars. He so very knowledgeable in many ways not just the product. No matter how busy he is he always has a true smile. Service advisor that handled my service - ? Mr. Ho did an excellent job and made it very easy to have service performed. Outstanding employee performance. All went very well on day of service. However, I was at the service dept on another day to schedule service. Was ignored by service advisors sitting at their desks. Went to 3 desks before I was acknowledged. Person who scheduled service was very unpleasant after she finally acknowledged my presence.
