Kyle Scholl was an excellent service advisor. He carefully discussed what was needed in clear language. He took care of directing my original requests and then outlined some additional services, particularly brake system repairs and throttle body work. It seems as though I need a water pump package done but that is a bit unclear. I would like the other three recommendations fixed the next time I come in. Kyle's email does not seem to work. State inspection very thorough.
