Al took great care of my vehicle needs and my sense of time. Al informed me of their staffing issus and that my car would not be finished in the same day. Al was able to get me into a rental car to correct my inconvenience of not having transportation to get to work the next until my car was ready. Outstanding solution to solving Vandergrift Service department staffing issues!!

My oil was changed, engine checked for any problems, tires rotated. I was given a ride to a local restaurant while I waited. I appreciate the service.

The service itself was very good. But, I had an appointment at 7:15 am and I am pretty sure they did not even get my car into the shop until 8:30-9am, which makes scheduling an appointment pointless.
