Had an appointment but incompetent dealer took 2 hours for an oil change
Brought in car over five times for the emission light. They keep saying something different. Every time I bring the car back, the light comes back on. Dealership wasnt honest when they sold the car.
Probably the worst experience I have had with a Car Dealership. For context, we have visited this dealership on two separate purchase occasions and were dissatisfied both times. The first time, we were desperate for a car, so after much back and forth, we agreed to buy. The second, most recent time, I blamed myself for returning and expecting a different experience. That day they were totally clueless.
went to this place to fix a recall (PWMS) on my 2003 CR-V . They wasted my whole day only to tell me they don't have the parts and can't fix it. I apparently have to bring the car some other day when they have the parts. They provided ride back and forth to my home. So I'm giving them a star for that, otherwise it was a very aggravating experience.
With a scheduled 10:30a appointment & arriving early, oil change My car wasnt finished until 5:30 PM.
MY experience was NOT good at Vandergriff Honda! They give you a quote of one fee and then when you check out, it's a different fee. They don't do follow up like promised on your vehicle when it is still lea ING with a problem. Then not to mention, they hide cost so they say in things that don't exist and want you to pay...they are the worst. Or maybe, it was just my service advisor Hung!! Smh... I will never go back nor woukd I recommend ANYONE..
Wife took car in for routine maintenance and service desk had no information about the warranty and tire protection package we purchased from them, they encountered an issue with a tire and told my wife to take car to discount tire, this was not something I wanted to hear from them.
