Great Experience with Charles Bright Charles did a great job working with us to get the car we wanted. I feel confident that if I ever had questions or issues regarding my car, Charles would would work on my behalf to get them resolved. Ask for CHARLES BRIGHT! My family and I were looking for new-to-us vehicle that could seat 7-8. I visited Vandergriff Honda one day and by chance I was linked up with Charles. I shared with him what we were going for, and he took it from there... giving me a few options to look at and letting me test drive some vehicles. Good customer service Mike was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing the vehicle I wanted. His boss was also helpful throughout the entire process. They both did whatever they could in order to help me get the car I wanted.
Professional & Knowledgeable Rhonda was very polite, courteous, and professional. She answered all of our questions and helped us get a fair deal on a new lease. The lease process took longer than expected, but the dealership was very busy.
