Mostly Happy Pricing became confusing. We went back and forth on buying and leasing. Both methods presented seemed intended to be confusing so we couldn't understand pricing from internet
Good job Although I came in knowing what type of car I wanted, Lou helped me get the exact car for me. We had some issues with the pricing but ultimately we were able to proceed with a price I was happy with.
Professional and clean Luis always responded in a timely manner & dealt with any issues promptly. The dealership was very cleanly. He made sure I had a loaner car while mine was in service.
Very satisfied customer! My experience at the dealership was top notch. And I love my Santa Fe. I was given the attention as if I was their favorite customer. Even employees I had not dealt with said hi and everyone i passed after my purchase said "congratulations".
Excelllent Great car buying experience. Called the dealership early on December 31, discussed and agreed on price and equipment, drove to Arlington from Plano, took delivery that afternoon.
Good experience. Sales and finance people were very good. Very pleased so far with the vehicle and the dealership. Sales person was new at job and had to check with her superior often. This is not a bad thing.
New Car Purchase Everything went well except for the add-on features,(window tint, wheel locks, paint protection). I've owned enough cars to know that those items don't cost anywhere near the asking price. I only went through with the deal because of Anthony Gareau, he was professional and gracious throughout the process.
Great service Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Me and my mother had many terrible experiences at dealerships before this one. They were straight forward and answered everything we needed to know! The price was the most outstanding, we got a really good deal that we are very happy with! Awesome team and awesome company. 10/10 would recommend.
