She worked with me prior to my visit to make the experience as smooth as possible. The finance manager William Houston had handled my transactions before so it was pleasant to work with a familiar face.
Lou Rocks Lou and Vandergriff Hyundai are among the best car dealerships / sales professionals I have ever dealt with. I have purchased dozens of vehicles but never from the same place - until now. Pleasant experience This was a very pleasant car buying experience. Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured at any time.
Just OK Pushy. Salesperson not dressed professionally. I had to wait to speak with the financing people because sales person was cheating with associates until I caught her attention. When she looked up and saw that I had stood up and was getting ready to head out the door she came back out to me.

We came in needing a car, we left with a car that we were very pleased with.Fernando made sure that everything was set up properly, he has called a couple times to make sure that I am good and I had any questions or anything. just an overall really great experience.
