Excellant review of a great dealership This dealership is excellent and the staff is great. I enjoyed working with Victor from internet sales and my buying experience was great. I was offered something to drink and Victor was very professional in explaining all my questions. As much as I hate going to a dealership and trying to buy a car, Vandergriffs as actually a great buying experience.
Best possible car-buying experience! I came to Vandergriff after a less than pleasant encounter at another dealer, and I was more than pleased! Everyone was beyond helpful in every way possible. I was greeted as soon as I stepped onto the lot, and they made sure to do any and everything possible to get me in the car I was wanting.
They took care of all my problems I had All the people were help full answered all my questiones and they made me feel Comfortable they also offered me a loaner if I needed one

Great experience with lou I was unsure about hyundai sonatas but my brother nudged me to check them out aftwr visiting with lou margetis and going over the numbers i was ready to go. I went to multiple dealerships but truly believe i got a really good deal plus great customer service from lou i would recommend him to anyone i know family included.
