Unexpected purchase We stopped by just before closing to see what was available, more for comparison than anything else. Lou met us warmly, listened to what I was looking for, made some helpful suggestions that resulted in us returning the next day and buying a car that was not even on my "radar screen." Overall, one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I have had.
