You Need Lou and Darius! You need to go to Vandergriff Hyundai, you need to ask for Lou Margetis. Lou is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When we got there, he told us to look around, and get him when we were ready to talk or take a test drive. No high pressure sales tactics, no condescension. Lou was great to our 4 year old, and helped keep her entertained while she endured something that would have otherwise been miserable for a 4 year old. 20th century experience Unfortunately, it was the tedious back and forth, trying to negotiate away charges for dealer add-ons of highly questionable value or ridiculous interest rates, all while pushing one's patience to a point of exhaustion. Our salesperson was pleasant enough, but I still left, feeling coerced.
Lou was great! Lou treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism through the whole process eventhough we were at the dealership after midnight purchasing a car. The deals we received were so incredible we bought 2 cars.
