20th century experience Unfortunately, it was the tedious back and forth, trying to negotiate away charges for dealer add-ons of highly questionable value or ridiculous interest rates, all while pushing one's patience to a point of exhaustion. Our salesperson was pleasant enough, but I still left, feeling coerced.
Lou was great! Lou treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism through the whole process eventhough we were at the dealership after midnight purchasing a car. The deals we received were so incredible we bought 2 cars.

New love Very pleased with my new car and the service I received great service from Lou, Darius and Cameron. Lou built a bond with my son. Darius took care of the financial and explain very well. Cameron also showed great customer service.
