Mechanic great service agent kind, poor phone service, wait time for diagnosis too long. Need more employees to service cars faster Labor costs were a little on the high side but was satisfied with the repairs for now. Hope it’s truly fixed

I took my car in for a recall issue. Jonathan did a great job of getting me processed. The work was accomplished in the time that they said it would be.

Basically it was handled over the phone and they were prepared for my 10:00 appointment. They even checked a wiring harness recall that just came out so I wouldn’t have to come back for that. There was no problem.
